Danish composer Jexper Holmen’s 40-minute long work, OORT CLOUD for two accordions, soprano saxophone and electronics, is released on CD by Dacacpo Records, the Danish National Label.
The CD is a 1-track recording containing not only Oort Cloud but also another work, CosmogyralEcho – a kind of re-mix, or distant echo of Oort Cloud, by composer Martin Stig Andersen.
The CD will be launched at Huddersfields Contemporary Music Festival, Saturday 27 November 2010.
